Lochgelly Tae Kwon Do has been providing high quality martial arts training since it was founded by its instructor in March 2008.  It is the vision of Mr MacGregor, whilst maintaining the high standard upon which his school is founded, to grow the DoJang year-on-year and so provide the opportunity for as many people as possible to enjoy and participate in what is arguably the fastest growing martial art in the world.

In terms of professional accreditation, the school is a member of, and recognised by, both the UK Tae Kwon Do Federation (UKTF) and the International Tae Kwon Do Federation (ITF). Please see our history page for further detail on Mr MacGregor and his individual qualifications.

No sparring safety items are being worn, as this is a controlled session, where both students are exercising great control in restraining their blocks and punches.
