Thank you for taking the time to visit the Lochgelly Tae Kwon Do site. Your interest in both the Tae Kwon Do discipline and our DoJang, is welcome, as are any comments or suggestions that you may have. Most of all, if you are considering learning the art of Tae Kwon Do, you would be very welcome to join us.

Please remember that our Instructor Mr MacGregor, provides the first session completely free of charge, and there is no requirement to buy any special clothing or equipment. Simply turn up on a Tuesday or Thursday evening at around 6.50pm and introduce yourself to Mr MacGregor, who will give you a very warm welcome.  It is best to have loose fitting ‘track-suit’ type clothing, and please remember to remove shoes and socks when entering the DoJang. 

All of the activities are carried out bare-foot, as you can see from the pictures around the site.

And finally, if you wish to bring a friend along, they would also be warmly welcomed, whether they wish to participate, or simply to watch how this martial art is taught.
